Beef Lasagne - Locally farmed and sourced beef in home made tomato sauce layered with cheese sauce and served with salad.
Bangers and Mash - 3 Sussex reared, sourced, produced and prepared sausages served with mashed potato, onion gravy and vegetables. Choose from wild boar sausages, lamb and herb sausages, venison, cheddar and herb sausages or pork and herb sausages
